Quick answers
Wrong score or handicap. Open the round from Playing history, tap Edit, and fix the hole. Your estimated handicap recalculates on its own.
Refund on an event. The host controls the money for their event and issues refunds from their side. The refund policy explains what to expect.
Delete your account. Settings, then Account, then Danger zone. It is immediate and cannot be undone.
Cancel Perch Prime or a host plan. Settings, then Payments. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps the plan active until the period ends.
