Partner program terms.

You earn 25% of Perch's fee on the paid registrations of each host you bring to The Perch, for 12 months from that host's first paid registration. Perch's fee is the per-golfer fee shown at checkout ($4, or 5% of the entry if that is less), so you earn $1 of every $4. Other card payments that carry Perch's fee for that host, such as league fees and club dues paid through The Perch, count the same way.

Your share comes out of Perch's own fee. It is never a cut of the host's entry money, the course's green fees or anyone's other revenue, and it never changes what a golfer pays. There is no barter and no payment up front. When a registration carries no Perch fee (a free or cash event, or a host plan whose yearly fee cap has been reached), there is nothing to share on it.

A host counts as yours when they create a new Perch account within 90 days of opening your partner link on the same browser, or when The Perch assigns them to you. Each host belongs to one partner at most, and the first attribution stands.

An account that already existed before it opened your link is not attributed by the link; ask us and we can assign it. Your own account, an organization you own and events you host never earn anything.

The 12 months start at the host's first paid registration after they became yours. A charge made before then, or after the 12 months end, earns nothing.

We pay quarterly, after each calendar quarter ends (US Pacific time), once your unpaid earnings reach $25. Under $25, the balance rolls into the next quarter. Payments are made by the method we agree with you, usually within 30 days of the quarter's end.

Your partner dashboard shows what you have earned, what refunds took back, what we have paid and what is still unpaid.

When a registration is refunded, Perch refunds its fee in proportion, and your earning on that fee is reversed the same way: all of it on a full refund, half of it on a half refund. A refund after we have paid you for that registration comes off your next payout.

We need a completed W-9 before your first payout. If we pay you $600 or more in a calendar year, we send you a 1099. You are responsible for your own taxes. You take part as an independent business, not as an employee, agent or representative of Perch Golf LLC.

Be accurate: describe The Perch as it is and its prices as published. Do not say you work for Perch, do not send unsolicited bulk email or texts, and do not register or advertise on names or web addresses that could be mistaken for ours.

We may pause or end your partner account, and withhold earnings tied to it, for fraud, self-referral, fake accounts or registrations, or a serious breach of these terms.

We may change or end the program with 30 days' notice by email. Earnings you accrued before a change or the end are still paid under the terms they were earned under. You can leave at any time by emailing hello@perchgolf.com; earnings already accrued are still paid.

These terms sit alongside The Perch's Terms of Service. They are governed by the laws of California. The program is run by Perch Golf LLC.
